Mangalashasanams By Sri U. Ve. Vellukkudi Swamy
- Sri U Ve Vellukkudi Krishnan Swamy performed Mangalasasanam at the Temple and Swamy spent close to 3 hours in the Village (Visited Sri C. Rajagopala Chari’s Birth place as well). Pujyasree visitied the Schools in and around and spent good amount of time in each school with the children.

Prakaram Flooring
- During the year, apart from sump construction and providing fabricated sheets at the temple, Prakaram flooring is relayed with granite stones from Devotee Sponsorship and Donations. Balipeethams at all the 8 locations prescribed in agama shastra are also layed.

Vaikunta Dwaram
- A new Vaikunta Dwaram was installed in Vaikunta Utsava Mantapam facing North direction
Completed Projects For Year 2014-15
Rajagopuram And Vimana Gopuram Constructions
Renovation of the exisitng Vimana Gopuram was undertaken along with the New construction of Rajagopuram during the year 2014-15. This major project was successfully completed with the help of several bhakthadis who generously supported the development work. The costruction was executed under the supervision of the Sthapathi based on Agama Shastra.

- Temple Roof cemented
- Temple Compound wall construction
- Construction of Kalyana Mapatapam – With the Generous contributions from Smt Sudha Janardhan in memory of Late Sri Janardhan
- Construction of Madappalli (Kitchen)
- Construction of Vahanam rooms and Rest rooms
- Granite flooring inside the temple
- Prakaram stones were re-layed
- New Vahanams : Garuda Vahanam, Gaja Vahanam, Sesha Vahanam, Hanumantha Vahanam, Aswa Vahanam
- Ratham was bought and renovated
- Satha Deepalankara frame was assembled
- Underground Water Tank construction (Sump)
